Bandai Namco Entertainment America Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Licensing Coordinator to support the IP Licensing department globally. The successful candidate will work closely with the Licensing business to manage assets, track product launches, and maintain brand style guides.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support approvals through software such as MyMediaBox and communicate with licensees and our Japan Headquarters
  • Manage assets and brand style guides using Microsoft OneDrive and Sharepoint
  • Track status of product launches by maintaining launch schedules
  • Assist in creating PowerPoint brand presentations
  • Coordinate with the Finance Team to ensure timely invoices to licensees
  • Generate weekly reports of approved SKUs to stakeholders using MyMediaBox
  • Organize samples and coordinate with licensees to ensure contractual samples are sent
  • Support with trade show preparation and Merch by Amazon storefront management
  • Track existing licensing agreements and potential deals
  • Track royalty statements from licensees every quarter and communicate with the Licensing Team on status
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of administrative support experience, preferably in the entertainment industry
  • Ability to lift boxes up to 25lbs
  • Highly detailed and organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese (Bilingual) preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Good team player with a finance background preferred
Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or Finance, or equivalent work experience
