We are seeking a highly skilled Transcript Evaluator to join our team at the Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of student records, implementing process improvements, and conducting daily processing of student-related activities.
Key Responsibilities- Quality Control and Process Improvement: Implement process improvements and conduct daily processing of student-related activities to ensure compliance with institutional, DoD, Federal, and State regulations.
- Student Record Evaluation: Analyze and assess student academic and non-collegiate records to ensure accurate evaluations of transfer credit.
- Articulation Agreements: Develop, review, and maintain articulation agreements with external transfer institutions, ensuring that course content and transfer applicability are accurately reflected.
- Student Information System (SIS) Management: Maintain transfer articulation tables in the SIS and TES for the university, ensuring that all updates are current and accurate.
- Communication and Collaboration: Interprets, clarifies, and summarizes degree requirements, academic policies, and procedures for students, advisors, faculty, and other staff, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in a field of study related to advising; Master's Degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably in higher education.
- Skills: ERP experience within a higher education setting, experience working in a technology-driven enterprise, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
