RN Team Lead II

We are seeking a skilled RN Team Lead II to join our team at Suburban Hospital. As a key member of our nursing department, you will be responsible for the activities of the shift, including assignment of work and resource allocation of staff, equipment, assignments, and scheduling.
You will utilize standards, guidelines, protocols, and pathways for optimal care delivery and unit workflow. Actively participating in Quality Improvement, direct observations, and medical record reviews, you will also act as the clinical expert and resource for staff.
Supporting unit management in activities to meet department goals, you will participate in evaluating, coaching, and mentoring staff under the direction of the clinical manager and department director.
Position Details- Adult Medical
- Full-time, 36 hours/week, benefitted
- 12-hour shift 7a-7:30p
- Maryland RN License (or other Nurse Licensure Compact state)
- American Heart Association BLS/CPR
- BSN required
- 3-5 years experience
- 1+ years charge nurse experience in clinical area
