About the Role

This is a Per Diem opportunity for a Mental Health Outpatient Specialist to work in our Augusta office. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education and hold a valid Maine Board of Social Work Licensure: LCPC, LCPC-C, LCSW or LMSW-CC.

In this role, you will assess clients' holistic health care needs, provide psychosocial assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans. You will also implement patient care plan activities based on treatment goals towards independent living for the client/family.
