About Our Mental Health Registered Nurse Position

MaineGeneral Health is seeking an experienced and caring RN to join our multidisciplinary treatment team on 3 South, our inpatient behavioral health unit at the Alfond Center for Health in Augusta.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans based on patient assessment to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources. You will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and provide patient education.

Salary: $62,000 - $77,000 per year (estimated)

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  2. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and coordination of care.
  3. Provide education and support to patients and families to promote healthy coping mechanisms and self-care strategies.
