About the Role

VitalCore Health Strategies is a leading industry player in Correctional Health Care. As a Mental Health Specialist at Charles B. Webster Detention Center in Augusta, Georgia, you will be responsible for developing and implementing evidence-based interventions within a correctional facility.

This role requires a graduate-level degree in psychology, social work, mental health counseling, or a related field. Independent licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist) is also required. Supervisory and correctional experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement evidence-based interventions within a correctional facility.
  • Provide clinical and/or administrative supervision and monitoring of a behavioral health delivery system, adhering to accreditation standards.
  • Collaborate with regional and corporate administrators to fulfill contractual services.
