Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Neuropsychologist to join our team at the University of New Mexico - Hospitals. As a key member of our Behavioral and Mental Health department, you will provide expert neuropsychological consultation and evaluation services to patients of all ages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations, including clinical interviewing, test administration, scoring, and interpretation.
  • Provide detailed feedback and test report preparation to patients, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain a variety of reports, analyze and interpret data, and prepare presentations for professional audiences.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities, including training sessions and steering committees.
Requirements
  • Doctorate degree in Psychology or related field from an APA-accredited program.
  • Current licensure as a Psychologist in the State of New Mexico.
  • Documented experience in age-appropriate environments.
  • CPR for Healthcare/BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
Working Conditions

This is a sedentary role with occasional walking or standing. The work environment is office-based with minimal hazards and physical risks.
