Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Clarios. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Control: Conduct daily analysis and tests to ensure the quality of our products and processes.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize our quality control processes.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control activities and results.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and company policies.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in a quality position within a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to read blueprints and follow instructions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
  • Experience: Experience with SAP or other MRP-based systems.
