Responsibilities: As the Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our quality management systems. Your responsibilities include:

  • Direct and oversee assigned employees to ensure effective management systems.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and 14001 standards, internal specifications, and customer expectations.
  • Champion safety protocols within the plant.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance the management system.
  • Work closely with engineering to document IQ, OQ, and PQ validations.
  • Conduct thorough audits, including inspections, process audits, testing, and final release.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead project teams.
  • Maintain and develop the statistical control system (Infinity) for quality metrics.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Partner with Texwipe Sales for customer interactions and audits.
  • Manage and report weekly on quality assurance spending.
  • Optimize resource allocation for efficiency.
  • Lead safety programs within the department.
  • Ensure adherence to company, department, safety, and ISO policies.
  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • Experience in ISO systems implementation, document control, and statistical process control.
  • Computer literacy in spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation graphics.
  • Knowledgeable in manufacturing methods, materials, and processes.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business literature, technical procedures, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in writing reports, business correspondence, and procedures.
  • Advanced mathematical skills
  • Apply practical, logical and scientific thinking.
  • Visual acuity (with or without corrective lenses).
  • Frequent sitting, standing, bending, and reaching. Occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs).
  • Ability to manage multiple project priorities and deadlines.
  • May require special gowning for contamination-critical environments
