Job Summary

First American Financial Company is seeking a skilled Mortgage Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Client Management team, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing operational and technical support, and building strong relationships to ensure client success in utilizing our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with key contacts in assigned client accounts
  • Partner with senior members on assigned teams to manage client relationships, providing operational and technical support
  • Analyze MISMO XML Data Files generated from Loan Origination Systems (LOS) to support client needs
  • Support the maintenance, creation, and customization of client document libraries
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate client needs on an ongoing basis
  • Manage, track, and resolve issues submitted via task management platforms
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client operational and technical issues, communicating and documenting requirements, testing plans, and projected timelines
  • Partner with required departments across the organization to meet account performance objectives and client expectations
Requirements
  • Generally requires a BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • Typically has 5+ years of directly related experience; mortgage industry experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with MISMO XML Data Files and Loan Origination Systems
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
