The Team - Strategy & Transformation

Our team of experienced professionals guides clients through major transactions, new system implementations, and organizational challenges. We help organizations develop business strategy and execute on transformation initiatives in operational accounting, financial process improvement, financial technology enablement, FP&A, and transactions.

Your Impact
  • Work with a diverse range of commercial clients, from growth and mid-size companies to leading enterprise Fortune 100 brands.
  • Deliver strategic advice and solutions to C-Level executives on how to obtain value from major investments and transformations.
  • Facilitate client working sessions, from executive and board level meetings to large group presentations and requirements gathering exercises.
  • Lead current state assessments of business challenges and build improvement roadmaps.
  • Leverage a "roll-up your sleeves" style to develop and execute against clients' strategic initiatives.
  • Manage and coach project teams to deliver complex engagements.
  • Develop and manage the performance of junior team members through active coaching, feedback, and mentorship.
  • Play an active role in business development efforts across all stages, from market analysis to client sourcing, relationship building, proposal development, and oral presentations.
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients at all levels, based on integrity and trust.
  • Contribute perspectives on the implications of market trends, such as data and digital transformation, emerging technology, macro-economic trends, and regulatory demands.
Your Experience
  • Minimum Qualifications: BA/BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline, 8+ years of applicable Finance, Operations, or Accounting experience, at least 2 years of client-facing experience in a professional services organization, demonstrated track record helping companies undergo major transformations, functional experience with and expertise in at least one of the following: standing up and managing major PMO organizations, finance transformation, business transformation, or prior experience working directly with and advising C-Level executives.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Master of Business Administration, progressive responsibility in managing client relationships and achievement against business development goals.
