Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Manager to join our team. As a District Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple accounts in an assigned territory, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple accounts in an assigned territory, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership, support, and guidance to ensure staff meets Environmental Services and laundry quality standards, inventory levels, safety guidelines, and customer service expectations.
  • Maintain accurate income and expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment records.
  • Run and review reports, approve payroll issues, review Employee Warning Notices, and assist/participate in the open enrollment process by providing information and collecting applications and waivers as necessary.
  • Act as liaison between building Account Manager, Administrators, and HCSG staff.
  • Communicate all directives effectively to managers from administrators and HCSG operational leadership.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude with the ability to follow oral and written instructions, and perform routine, repetitive tasks daily.
  • Bachelor's degree in management or related field preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Two years of experience in Environmental Services in a healthcare environment and personnel supervision is desired.
  • Specialized training in Housekeeping and Laundry equipment operation is desirable.
  • Must be able to complete regulatory compliance courses and identify issues and implement necessary changes.
