Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Performance Specialist to join our team in the Western Suburbs. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating and closing new opportunities, identifying and qualifying leads, and managing negotiations with senior-level executives.

Your success will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed sales targets, successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts, and build long-term relationships with customers.

To achieve this, you will use a consultative approach to selling, providing top-tier tools and expertise to identify and qualify leads, resulting in sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $100,000 (based on experience) plus uncapped commission.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Create a business from new and existing customer accounts
  • Manage negotiations with senior-level executives
  • Build long-term relationships with customers

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years' quota-carrying sales experience inside and outside sales preferred
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Strong computer and verbal communication skills
  • Logistics background helpful but not required (company-provided training)
