Sales Performance Director

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities through lead generation and targeted sales campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level executives and customer accounts.
- Drive sales performance by leveraging a proven world-class sales process and delivering accurate forecasts.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B capital equipment sales with an ASP of $500k-$2M.
- Proven success in C-Level sales and financial value selling.
- Additive manufacturing industry experience a plus.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
This is a remote location position with extensive travel required to opportunities and end-customer locations. All prospective employees must pass a background check.
