Job Overview: Desktop Metal, a leading provider of additive manufacturing solutions, seeks an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth and exceed quarterly sales targets for production metal printers. The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of B2B capital equipment sales experience, with a proven track record of success in C-Level sales and financial value selling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities through lead generation and targeted sales campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level executives and customer accounts.
  • Drive sales performance by leveraging a proven world-class sales process and delivering accurate forecasts.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B capital equipment sales with an ASP of $500k-$2M.
  • Proven success in C-Level sales and financial value selling.
  • Additive manufacturing industry experience a plus.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

This is a remote location position with extensive travel required to opportunities and end-customer locations. All prospective employees must pass a background check.
