Clinical Support Specialist

Serenity Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Clinical Support Specialist to join our team of clinical support staff. As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in guiding patients in taking back their lives by helping them understand the benefits of our treatment options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between patients and their providers.
- Deliver exceptional face-to-face patient experience at our clinics.
- Assist patients in understanding their treatment options.
- Consult with members to gather pertinent information regarding current symptoms, mental health status, and medication history.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 2+ years of full-time work experience in a service-oriented role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
