This role involves engaging with both internal and external stakeholders to support various business segments. The selected candidate will be responsible for estimating repair costs and formulating pricing strategies for service proposals while managing the services catalog. Collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams such as engineering, contracts, and program management is essential. The ability to analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs), assess labor and material costs, and identify potential risks and opportunities is crucial for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop intricate proposals by compiling cost, schedule, and technical elements in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Evaluate historical repair data to provide accurate future cost estimates.
- Understand rate structures and cost allocation to build comprehensive proposal costs.
- Create detailed financial summaries that enable senior management to make informed decisions.
- Act as the primary contact for updates and additions to the services catalog.
- Collaborate with contracts to facilitate biennial audits of the services catalog.
- Lead customer negotiations and audits, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Work with various teams to gather insights and facilitate decision-making.
- Assess the financial impact of pricing strategies, ensuring data accuracy.
- Identify and evaluate proposal risks and opportunities.
- Maintain adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Drive efficiencies and process improvements through CORE principles.
- Travel domestically as needed, less than 10% of the time.

Qualifications Required:

- Ability to obtain a U.S. Department of Defense security clearance.
