Business Management Support Specialist

The Business Management Support Specialist will play a crucial role in a variety of functions such as client onboarding, financial tool management, trade reconciliation, and alert handling for orders and claims. This position requires collaboration across diverse teams and the ability to effectively manage time, communicate clearly, and solve problems efficiently. Furthermore, the specialist will provide assistance to the Business Manager Assistant Supervisor in daily operations and team training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding: Oversee the generation of contracts through customer platforms
  • Financial Tool Management: Develop and maintain customer-related events
  • Reconciliation of Deductions: Address deduction alerts promptly
  • Order Management: Ensure correct pricing and promotional details on orders
  • Data Management: Process price adjustments and item setup requests
  • Promotional Strategy: Aid the Business Manager and Supervisor in planning and executing promotions

Required Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Experience: 1-3 years in a relevant field

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office Suite
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Capable of mentoring and training peers
  • Strong understanding of customer contracting processes and protocols
