Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Power Generation Technician to join our team in Austin, TX. This role involves working on power generation equipment, providing excellent customer service, and adhering to health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs on generators and components at customer sites.
  • Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Diagnose and complete basic repairs using specialized tools and documented procedures.
  • Complete required documentation, including service worksheets and timesheets.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Broad mechanical and electrical repair and maintenance abilities.
  • High Voltage/Low Voltage experience.
  • Capable of electrical repair and maintenance with minimal supervision.
  • Locally valid driving permit.
Qualifications
  • A current valid license is required for this role.
  • This role requires a 5-year motor vehicle report, free from major violations.
  • This role requires applicant to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical.
  • 3 years driving experience.
  • This role is subject to Department of Transportation (DOT) driving regulations.
