Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and marketing, to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, including their features, benefits, and applications
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, such as marketing, sales, or business administration
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the power generation industry or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing revenue
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
