Job Title: Sr Elevator Project Manager

At Teksky, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr Elevator Project Manager to lead our elevator consulting projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee consulting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality requirements, and client expectations.

• Lead and manage the project management team in consulting projects, fostering exceptional leadership skills and strategic thinking.

• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to reach goals and timely deliverables, leveraging strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Conduct on-site evaluations, engineering surveys, and online meetings to evaluate the current condition of elevator equipment and provide budget estimates for recommended equipment alterations or replacements.

• Develop detailed specifications covering all aspects of vertical transportation projects, reviewing shop drawings and assessing proposed change orders.

• Conduct thorough elevator assessments and generate reports for elevator maintenance contractors, pinpointing specific issues or conditions that need attention to enhance overall elevator performance and reliability.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 15 years elevator industry experience as a project manager, with a minimum of 7 years' experience in supervisory/management roles.

• Proven track record of successfully managing mid to large-scale elevator projects from initiation to completion.

• Proficient ability to read elevator shop drawings, specifications, plans, and layouts, with in-depth knowledge of elevator systems and safety standards.

• Experience working on government projects in elevator installation and alteration, with strong leadership and team management skills.

• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on meeting deliverable deadlines.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
