Job Summary
The Keiko Pacheco - State Farm Agent team is looking for a highly organized and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming environment for clients, handling incoming calls and scheduling appointments, and supporting administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Handling incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department
  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Assisting clients with general inquiries and providing accurate information
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail, processing payments, and maintaining activity logs

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in using office equipment, including phone systems and computer software

Compensation:$45,000 - $55,000 per year
