Job Title: Front Desk Rental Coordinator Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and personable individual to serve as the primary point of contact for our company. As a Front Desk Rental Coordinator Specialist, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing rental reservations, and providing administrative support.

Responsibilities:
  • Extend a warm welcome to all guests
  • Efficiently handle incoming calls and messages
  • Maintain the tidiness of the front desk area
  • Charge credit cards and ensure reservations are paid in full prior to receiving keys
  • Assign rooms with consideration for optimal room utilization
  • Enforce rental policies regarding cancellations, deposits, and security deposits
  • Run Night Audit to ensure accurate charge posting
  • Provide information to visitors and clients with accuracy and courtesy
  • Collaborate with team members for seamless operations
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Demonstrated experience in a front desk or similar role
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Customer-centric mindset with a polished professional demeanor
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
