Senior Reliability Specialist

IDR Healthcare is in search of a Senior Reliability Specialist to join our esteemed client. If you are eager to be part of a large-scale organization that fosters a collaborative and growth-oriented environment, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.

This position entails working onsite for four days a week, with one day allocated for remote work.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Reliability Specialist:
  • Collaborate with various operational teams to identify, assess, and implement enhancements for maintenance practices and equipment upgrades.
  • Employ root cause analysis techniques to address issues and failures related to equipment downtime and associated costs.
  • Support the selection and implementation of new machinery while utilizing Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) to refine maintenance strategies.
  • Track and analyze equipment performance metrics such as Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF).
Essential Qualifications for the Senior Reliability Specialist:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Reliability Engineering and Root Cause Analysis.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 25%.
