Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
Requirements:
  • A license and current registration to practice as a practical nurse in New York State, or a limited permit to practice as a practical nurse in New York State, or an application on file for a limited permit to practice as a practical nurse in New York State.
  • A valid Driver's license.
Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is $68,358 per year, which includes a statutory hiring rate of $43,768, a Geographic Differential of $13,000, an increased Hiring Rate of $5,680, and a Mid-Hudson Adjustment of $6,910.

Benefits:
  • Thirteen (13) paid holidays each year.
  • Thirteen (13) days of paid vacation leave initially.
  • Five (5) days paid personal leave each year.
  • Thirteen (13) days of paid sick leave each year.
  • Paid Parental Leave: twelve (12) weeks of paid leave at full pay for each qualifying event.
