At TransForce, we strive to provide exceptional care and transportation services to our elderly clients. As a Senior Transportation Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and timely transportation of PACE participants.

About the Role

This is a part-time position, requiring approximately 25 hours of work per week, Monday through Friday, from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm. The salary for this role is $17-$18 per hour.

Responsibilities
  • Transport PACE participants, meals, durable medical equipment, pharmacy, and other necessary items safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and safety of assigned vehicles daily.
  • Communicate any safety issues to the Transportation Supervisor promptly.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A valid New Jersey driver's license.
  • A safe driving record.
  • A minimum of one year of driving experience.
  • Ability to read and understand maps and routing information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience transporting individuals with special mobility needs.
  • Flexibility to work in stressful situations.
  • Knowledge of safety requirements in the transportation industry.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Corrected vision and hearing within normal range.
