Job Title: General Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure alignment towards branch goals
  • Provide exceptional client services and maintain ongoing relationships with valued clientele
  • Design strategy and set goals for growth
  • Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
  • Set branch-level and regional policies and processes
  • Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
  • Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
  • Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
  • Direct the employee assessment process
  • Prepare regular reports for upper management and franchisor
  • Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
  • Provide solutions to issues, such as profit decline, employee conflicts, and loss of business to competitors
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
  • Experience in Smart Home and Office Installation or similar home services industry highly preferred
  • BS/BA in Business or relevant field; MS/MA is a plus
  • Alignment with Daisy's frontline-first focused culture, empowering technicians and project managers as critical thinkers and problem solvers
  • Must be extremely client service-oriented
  • Experience in planning and budgeting
  • Overall knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, sales, operations, etc.)
  • Strong technical and analytical ability
  • Excellent communication skills with branch teams and central Daisy team on key initiatives, progress, issues, and opportunities
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude
Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday; 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive base pay based on skillset and experience
  • Bonus based on personal and company performance targeted to 5%
