- Provide exceptional client services and maintain ongoing relationships with valued clientele
- Design strategy and set goals for growth
- Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
- Set branch-level and regional policies and processes
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
- Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
- Direct the employee assessment process
- Prepare regular reports for upper management and franchisor
- Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
- Provide solutions to issues, such as profit decline, employee conflicts, and loss of business to competitors
- 5-7 years of experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
- Experience in Smart Home and Office Installation or similar home services industry highly preferred
- BS/BA in Business or relevant field; MS/MA is a plus
- Alignment with Daisy's frontline-first focused culture, empowering technicians and project managers as critical thinkers and problem solvers
- Must be extremely client service-oriented
- Experience in planning and budgeting
- Overall knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, sales, operations, etc.)
- Strong technical and analytical ability
- Excellent communication skills with branch teams and central Daisy team on key initiatives, progress, issues, and opportunities
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
Monday - Friday; 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Compensation and Benefits:- Competitive base pay based on skillset and experience
- Bonus based on personal and company performance targeted to 5%
