About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Garden Catering. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Provide guidance and coaching to team members to ensure they meet our high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Operations and Logistics: Oversee the efficient management of restaurant operations, including inventory control, scheduling, and supply chain management.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and control food and labor costs, ensuring profitability and adherence to budget.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary education or degree preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in restaurant management software.
