Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Specialist to join our team. As a Field Service Specialist, you will be responsible for deploying and maintaining network infrastructure in retail environments.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Deploy and maintain network infrastructure, including access points and switches.
  • Work with customers to understand their network needs and provide solutions.
  • Travel extensively throughout the day, driving several hours at a time.
  • Work rotating shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, as well as weekends and holidays.
Requirements
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Basic PC skills and familiarity with hardware and operating systems.
  • The ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 75 pounds without assistance and up to 150 pounds with assistance.
  • Bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, working with hands, and repetitively grasping and manipulating objects.
