We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Premier Tech. As an industrial automation specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and address customer challenges to ensure maximum uptime.
  • Advise and train customers on equipment usage and maintenance.
  • Understand and integrate customer operations and management needs into clear actions and recommendations.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and team members across functions.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in mechanical, electrical, or automation engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience as a field service technician with electromechanical, pneumatic, or hydraulic equipment.
  • Excellent time management, communication, and training skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to climb a ladder and lift up to 50 pounds.
