About the Role

The Medical Office Manager Assistant will provide administrative support to our OBGYN Specialists, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Medical Office Manager with day-to-day operations, including scheduling appointments and managing patient flow.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including lab results and medical history.
  • Prepare and manage medical supplies, equipment, and inventory, adhering to infection control protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and staff, ensuring clear and concise communication.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in a medical office setting or related field.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Compensation and Benefits
