Position Overview
As a Front of House Operations Leader, your primary responsibility is to ensure an outstanding experience for our guests and to support our Team Members. You are passionate about the safety, security, and wellbeing of everyone involved, and you possess a genuine hospitality spirit.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

  • Exemplify Bar Louie's Mission, Vision, and Values in your daily operations.
  • Maintain a strong commitment to cleanliness, safety, and compliance with all regulations.
  • Lead and mentor your team, providing them with the tools and resources they need to succeed.
  • Foster a culture of ethical conduct and accountability among your team members.
  • Manage guest flow and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Coordinate and oversee training, hiring, and scheduling of staff.
  • Drive sales and profitability while maintaining high standards of service.
  • Address operational issues and customer inquiries effectively.

Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum age of 21.
  • Experience in hospitality or restaurant management.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • The ability to develop positive relationships with team members and guests.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A passion for continuous improvement and personal growth.

Physical Requirements
Team members must be able to perform the duties of the role, which may include lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
