We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Factory Mutual Insurance Company. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the front of house food and beverage operations, including restaurant and banquet events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and operate a front of house food and beverage operation, including restaurant and banquet events.
  • Create, implement, and maintain procedures and policies pertinent to the employees and the front of the house food and beverage unit.
  • Assist in creating, planning, implementing, and evaluating training needs of the staff.
  • Perform administrative duties, including cash handling, end of the shift reports, daily and weekly record keeping, reviewing BEOs, restaurant/banquet recap, forecasting, and other general administrative duties.
  • Supervise and manage the front of the house food and beverage staff, including recruiting, scheduling, training, motivating, coaching, and performance management.
  • Participate in and assist with annual special events for the hotel and conference, such as Mother's Day and Easter events.
  • Establish and ensure all controls, including bi-annual inventory controls, are met.
  • Perform 'Manager on Duty' shifts, when requested.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience in a food and beverage role.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Cash handling skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Superior customer service skills.
  • Energetic and a multitasker.
