About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medicare Sales Representative to join our team at Humana. As a Medicare Sales Representative, you will be responsible for cultivating, maintaining, and building relationships with Humana's customers, external business partners, and the community we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with Humana's customers, external business partners, and the community we serve.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales goals and metrics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Active Health & Life Insurance licenses in TX or ability to obtain.
  • Ability to build community relationships, driving self-generated sales and meeting sales goals and metrics while working independently.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
  • Telephonic sales skills a plus.
  • Knowledge of Medicare products or background selling Medicare products a plus.
  • Good listening and intuitive skills.
  • Engaged with the community through service, organizations, activities, and volunteerism.
