As a Clinical Team Lead in our Angiography department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing staff, resources, and patient outcomes to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage staff to achieve patient outcomes
  • Direct, provide, and evaluate age-specific patient care
  • Ensure patient care standards are carried out and validate nurse competencies
  • Participate in unit and organizational committees to drive change and improvement
Requirements
  • BS in Nursing, business, or related field preferred
  • Three to five years' experience in management of staff, finances, and disciplinary issues
  • Registered Nurse currently licensed in the state of North Carolina; certification in field of expertise
  • Supervisory skills with the ability to lead groups and teams
  • Good verbal and written communication skills; comprehension skills
  • Good public relations and interpersonal skills
  • Self-directed and results-oriented
  • Basic computer knowledge and software experience
Work Environment
  • Possible exposure to blood-borne pathogens and airborne pathogens
  • Possible exposure to electrical hazards, chemical hazards, radiation, toxic waste
  • Occasional exposure to conditions such as fumes, noxious odors, dust, mists, gases, or poor ventilation
  • Continuous use of medical/clinical equipment such as IV pumps, monitors, ventilators, oxygen tanks, patient beds, etc.
Physical Requirements
  • Continuously standing, walking, sitting majority of workday
  • Some carrying, pushing, pulling, lifting involved in day-to-day activities
  • Visual acuity necessary; hearing and talking necessary for communication
