Medical Facilities of America is seeking a skilled Nurse Manager to join our team at Lenoir Health & Rehabilitation Center in North Carolina.
About the Role
- As a Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and directing the work of nursing assistants (CNAs) to ensure the highest quality of care for our residents.
- You will provide individualized nursing care to residents according to each resident's plan of care, administering prescribed medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
- Additionally, you will assist in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients, maintaining accurate medical records and observing vital signs to detect deviations from normal.
- You will also be responsible for preparing residents for continuing care after discharge and performing other duties as required to provide exceptional care to each resident.
Requirements
- Active licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in North Carolina.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
What We Offer
- Competitive base pay starting at $27/hr+ (LPN) $31/hr+ (RN) (commensurate with experience & licensure).
