About the Role

  • As a Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and directing the work of nursing assistants (CNAs) to ensure the highest quality of care for our residents.
  • You will provide individualized nursing care to residents according to each resident's plan of care, administering prescribed medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
  • Additionally, you will assist in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients, maintaining accurate medical records and observing vital signs to detect deviations from normal.
  • You will also be responsible for preparing residents for continuing care after discharge and performing other duties as required to provide exceptional care to each resident.

Requirements

  • Active licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in North Carolina.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
