Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Training Engineer to join our Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) Services Training team. This role is essential for developing and delivering educational programs aimed at enhancing the skills of technical support engineers.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions, webinars, and workshops, both individually and in groups.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of educational materials and implement necessary improvements.
- Manage and oversee projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborate with project managers, subject matter experts, and external vendors to create comprehensive training content.
- Develop instructor materials, including course outlines and instructional aids.
- Provide mentorship to fellow instructors, enhancing their understanding of course content and delivery methods.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years in operating systems administration/support, including RHEL, SUSE, VMware, and MS Windows Servers.
- At least 1 year of experience in cloud solutions administration/support.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise administration/support.
- 2+ years of technical writing experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in creating technical training materials for global training providers or technical support teams.
- Familiarity with enterprise server solutions and associated software.
