Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Care Concierge to join our team in Seattle. As a Patient Care Concierge, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient experiences from the moment they book their appointment to the time they receive their post-scan follow-up. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our patients feel well-taken care of and that their journey with us is smooth and seamless.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient interactions through phone, email, and in-person communication
- Provide pre-scan support, including answering questions and addressing concerns
- Coordinate patient arrivals and intake, including identity verification and payment processing
- Escort patients to the scan room and provide instructions
- Provide post-scan support, including reiterating next steps and addressing any concerns
- Coordinate with healthcare practitioners and other team members to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in customer service or healthcare support is an asset
