Patient Care Coordinator

At Revibe Men's Health, we're committed to providing exceptional patient care. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive the best possible treatment.
Job Summary:The Patient Care Coordinator will work closely with patients and their providers to increase treatment success. This involves patient services, care coordination, and working with patients to help them understand and adhere to their treatment plan.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement patient programs to improve treatment outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with patients and provide a safe and comfortable environment for them.
- Manage patient records and communicate lab test results and physician recommendations.
- Order medications and manage patient payments.
- Perform blood pressure checks, blood draws, injections, and other tasks as requested by the physician and/or manager.
- Process and handle patient payments and manage payment plans.
- Address patient concerns and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Greet patients and escort them in and out of the clinic.
- Excellent communication and administrative skills.
- Ability to learn phlebotomy and injections.
- Organized and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Team player with a positive and professional disposition.
- Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
