About Your Role:
As a Real Estate Acquisition Specialist, you will be the key dealmaker for Rebuilt.

Your role involves managing property acquisitions in your market by engaging directly with numerous buyers and sellers weekly.

Through our Emerging Leaders training and development program, you will evolve into a real estate investment authority in your local area.


Key Responsibilities Include:
Conducting numerous in-person meetings weekly with property sellers
Negotiating acquisition prices and terms
Responding to inquiries from potential buyers and sellers in your area
Following up and nurturing warm real estate leads
Presenting our offerings to local investors
Networking and generating your own organic property leads with the support of our training and proven methodologies
Cultivating strong relationships with local investors through meet-ups, networking events, and educational sessions.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous sales experience in real estate or wholesaling
Recently obtained real estate license or degree in real estate

Sales experience in a B2C environment.
