Compensation:

$30,000 - $60,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and participate in events related to the closing process, including scheduling moves.
  • Review all documentation to ensure accurate signatures and dates, ensuring a smooth closing process.
  • Manage all administrative duties concerning buyer and seller transactions from the executed purchase agreement to closing.
  • Input client information into the database and submit necessary documentation for compliance, while tracking transaction progress.
  • Secure seller approvals for offers and counteroffers to facilitate timely processing.

Dynamic Responsibilities:

  • Documentation Expert: Handle contracts and agreements with precision, ensuring they are complete and properly filed.
  • Deadline Coordinator: Oversee timelines and ensure all parties are aligned and deadlines are met.
