Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled EMR Coordinator to join our team at Frye Regional Medical Center. As an EMR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the implementation, support, and training of our electronic medical record system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for EMR-related issues and concerns.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing staff on EMR system functionality and workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clinic staff.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
