Job Summary

Aaron's is seeking a skilled Customer Accounts Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our corporate retail store, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized customer service to meet the needs of our customers
  • Manage customer accounts and resolve any issues or concerns
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products and services

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system

What We Offer
