Job Summary
Pilgrim's Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts, including processing orders, coordinating with production and transportation teams, and resolving customer complaints.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and accounting teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including customer profiles, order history, and sales forecasts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
