We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Ecommerce Analyst to help us drive business growth and optimize our online sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customer site experience, purchasing funnel, and best practices in the cannabis industry.
  • Analyze sales data, website metrics, and customer behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Design and execute A/B tests to optimize product pages, checkout processes, and other ecommerce experiences.
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and collaborate with the ecommerce team to implement changes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies for optimizing product pages, marketing campaigns, and conversion rates.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in ecommerce analysis or a related field. B2C preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, IT, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven analytical skills and experience working with large datasets.
  • Proficiency in data querying languages (e.g. SQL), scripting languages (e.g. Python), and/or statistical software (e.g. R).
  • Proficiency in Excel, web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), site optimization tools (e.g. Google Optimize) and BI. Tableau preferred. Hands on experience with Mixpanel is a bonus.
  • Google Analytics certification or similar preferred.

  • Must pass any and all required background checks.
  • Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
