Join Our Team as a Developmental Therapist

Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Developmental Therapist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Developmental Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing personalized ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 within a clinic setting.

We are committed to creating a supportive and inclusive environment that fosters growth and development in our young clients. Our team of experts, including Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists, work closely together to develop individualized intervention plans that cater to each child's unique needs.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as student loan repayment and tuition reimbursement benefits. Our competitive hourly rates range from $20, and we provide a minimum guarantee of 30 work hours per week for full-time employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 within a clinic setting
  • Implement individualized intervention plans developed by expert clinicians
  • Collaborate closely with the child's healthcare team to ensure consistent and high-quality care delivery
  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a professional capacity
  • Proficiency in computer and tablet usage
