Early Childhood Development Therapist

Soar Autism Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Developmental Therapist to join our team of experts in providing high-quality care to children with autism.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team of clinicians, including Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists, to deliver evidence-based, naturalistic therapeutic techniques to children aged 2-6.

As an Early Childhood Development Therapist, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing individualized intervention plans, collaborating closely with the child's healthcare team, and providing personalized one-on-one ABA therapy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6
  • Implement individualized intervention plans developed by expert clinicians
  • Collaborate closely with the child's healthcare team
  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a professional capacity
  • Proficiency in computer and tablet usage
