Join Our Team as a Developmental Therapist

Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Developmental Therapist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Developmental Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing personalized ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 within a clinic setting.

Our team of experts, including Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists, work closely together to develop individualized intervention plans that cater to each child's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 within a clinic setting
  • Implement individualized intervention plans developed by expert clinicians in behavior analysis, speech therapy, and occupational therapy
  • Collaborate closely with the child's healthcare team to ensure consistent and high-quality care delivery

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a professional capacity
  • Proficiency in computer and tablet usage
  • Preference given to college graduates or individuals pursuing higher education
