Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Developmental Therapist to join our team. As a Developmental Therapist, you will work closely with children with autism and their families to develop individualized therapy plans, setting ambitious goals that empower children to reach their full potential.
You will be responsible for teaching new skills to children in a 1:1 setting, engaging them in play-based routines, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to design and implement individualized developmental plans.

Responsibilities- Teach new skills to children with autism in a 1:1 setting
- Engage children in play-based routines, transforming everyday moments into opportunities for teaching and nurturing essential life skills
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to design and implement individualized developmental plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with families, offering regular insights on their child's progress and providing guidance rooted in best child care practices
- Genuine interest and prior experience in child care roles such as daycare, nannying, or similar positions, or similar or related educational experiences (e.g. bachelors in psychology or child development)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for building connections with young children and their families
