Inbound Support Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Inbound Support Specialist to join our team at Axelon Services Corporation. As a key member of our Defined Benefits/Retirement Income Solutions Dept., you will provide top-notch customer service to clients across the country, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:- Fielding calls from clients regarding their defined benefit pensions, account maintenance, and other related matters, providing accurate and helpful information.
- Processing transactions, such as direct deposit changes and address updates, in a timely and efficient manner.
- Working closely with family members and beneficiaries to resolve claims-related issues, offering empathetic support and guidance throughout the process.
- Analyzing complex topics and conveying them to clients in a clear, concise manner, removing obstacles and educating them on correct procedures.
- At least 1-2 years of call center experience or equivalent office experience.
- Proficiency in Windows-based operating systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong customer service focus, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
This position requires flexibility, as you will be working from home with high-speed internet and a quiet, secure workspace. You must also be able to use video during interviews and training sessions. Training will take place at our Warwick, RI office, with nesting and quality assessment also conducted on-site.
Estimated Salary:$45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on location and experience.
