Job Title: Paralegal - Federal Government Contract

Intelligence Federal is a dynamic government contracting company seeking a skilled Paralegal to support a federal government agency. This is a full-time position with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research, document management, and litigation support. The Paralegal will work closely with our Litigation Support Services team to ensure seamless document management and production.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and track documents and investigative materials
  • Liaise with Litigation Support Services for document uploading, organizing, and filtering
  • Perform document review in eDiscovery platforms
  • Assist in trial preparation, including scheduling interviews and hearings
  • Conduct research, writing, and related tasks, such as creating memos and discovery documents
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Paralegal certificate or 1-2 years of experience
  • Experience working with federal or state legal entities preferred
  • Working knowledge of legal research tools, such as LEXIS and WestLaw
  • Proficient in litigation discovery software and MS Office Suite
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work well in groups and independently
Security Clearance:
  • Must be eligible to obtain a government clearance
  • Having an active federal clearance is a plus
